I have been investing in coastal South Carolina for 20 years now and have been blessed with connecting with some of the finest people I've ever met. I was referred to George Akulonis by a friend who promised me I'd be in good hands. George isn't a real estate agent as much as he is a friend who happens to sell real estate. To say he went out of his way for us is an understatement. As a long distance investor from New York, looking to find a place for ourselves to enjoy in the winter and evolving into full time, George helped us evaluate an area that would fit our lifestyles, avoid potential pitfalls and have promise for future growth in the area. What is important to know in this process is that when we noted a property we liked... he wouldn't just try to sell it, he'd let us know the downside and why we wouldn't like it. He went out of his way to make sure we would be happy where we landed and he absolutely nailed it.
